Because our current products are digital downloads, all digital product sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

If you have trouble accessing your file, receive the wrong file, or find a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will help make it right.

We may offer a replacement file, troubleshooting help, or a refund at our discretion when there is a clear delivery or file issue.

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used commercially unless a product page says otherwise.
